property rights in our Services,
including all source code, databases,
functionality, software, designs,
text, and graphics (collectively
the "Content").Our Content is protected by copyright
and trademark laws in the United States
and around the world.You may not copy, reproduce, distribute,
sell, or exploit any part of the Services
for commercial purposes without our
express prior written permission.3. USER REPRESENTATIONSBy using the Services you represent
and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to agree
to these Legal Terms
- You will not access the Services
through automated or non-human means
- You will not use the Services for
any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Your use will not violate any
applicable law or regulation4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTCharmify offers a free tier with limited
daily uses and a Pro subscription at
$9.99 per week with a 3 day free trial.All payments are processed through
Apple's payment system. By subscribing
you authorize recurring charges to your
Apple ID account.We reserve the right to change pricing
at any time with notice to users.5. CANCELLATIONAll purchases are non-refundable.To cancel your subscription visit your
Apple ID subscription settings and opt
out of subscription renewal. Please do
so at least 24 hours prior to renewal
to ensure adequate time for Apple to
process your cancellation.Your cancellation will take effect at

not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to bypass the subscription system
- Reverse engineer or copy the app
- Use automated scripts or bots to

- Harass or harm other people using
AI generated content
- Share your account with others
- Use the Services to compete with us
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
to our systems
- Use the Services if you are under
18 years old7. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSEWe grant you a revocable non-exclusive
non-transferable limited right to
install and use the App on devices
owned or controlled by you strictly
in accordance with these Legal Terms.You shall not:
- Decompile or reverse engineer the App
- Make modifications to the App
- Use the App to create a competing
product or service
- Remove any copyright or proprietary
notices from the App
- Use the App for any unauthorized
commercial purposeApple Device Terms:
The license granted to you for our App
is limited to use on Apple iOS devices
in accordance with Apple's usage rules.
Apple has no obligation to provide
maintenance or support for the App.8. THIRD PARTY SERVICESCharmify uses the following third
party services:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) for AI responses
- RevenueCat for subscription management
- Apple for payment processing
- Replit for app infrastructureWe are not responsible for the
practices or content of these
third party services.9. SERVICES MANAGEMENTWe reserve the right to:
- Monitor the Services for violations
of these Legal Terms
- Take appropriate action against
anyone who violates these terms
- Remove or restrict access to any
content at any time
- Modify or discontinue the Services
at any time without notice10. PRIVACY POLICYWe care about your data privacy and
security. Please review our Privacy
Policy which is incorporated into
these Legal Terms.By using the Services you agree to
be bound by our Privacy Policy.11. TERM AND TERMINATIONThese Legal Terms remain in effect
while you use the Services.WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS
TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES TO ANY
PERSON FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME

regard to conflict of law principles.14. DISPUTE RESOLUTIONInformal Negotiations:
Before initiating any legal action
the parties agree to first attempt
to resolve any dispute informally

FOR ANY DIRECT INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL
EXEMPLARY INCIDENTAL SPECIAL OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST

user of the Services18. USER DATAWe process certain data you transmit
to the Services to provide our
features. Conversation data is
processed in real time and not
permanently stored on our servers.You are solely responsible for any
data you transmit through the Services.
We shall have no liability to you for
